1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeTakeIt (a Habezion Group company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.Services
WeTakeIt provides logistics and transportation services including freight, delivery, warehousing, drayage, moving, and junk removal. Quotes are estimates; final pricing depends on lane, weight, equipment, and timing.
3.Accounts & Roles
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is granted on a role basis (customer, driver, corporate, fleet owner, and administrative roles).
4.Bookings & Quote Requests
Submitting a quote or service request does not create a binding contract until confirmed by WeTakeIt. We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests that violate these terms or applicable law.
5.Payments
Charges are due per the terms of your engagement or contract. Enterprise and business accounts may be billed on agreed cycles. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6.Carrier & Driver Obligations
Drivers and fleet partners must maintain valid licensing, insurance, and compliance documentation. WeTakeIt may suspend or remove partners who fail to meet these requirements.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeTakeIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
